Write to us

One address for everything

Players, press and streamers are all welcome. We read every message, and we answer in our own words.

1. Something went wrong in a game

Tell us which game, whether you play on Windows or Mac, and what happened just before. A screenshot helps more than anything.

2. Press, streamers and video makers

Tell us where you write or stream and which game you'd like to cover. The press kits have the facts, logos and pictures: start here.

3. Anything else

Questions, ideas, a bottle you are proud of, a city you named. We read all of it.

We never use this address to sign you up for anything, and we keep no list.
